I agree totally! It is all a scam and should be addressed more often! By the way, if you are looking to increase your audience here on Steemit, try using pictures with each post to grab the attention of people! :) Keep it up!
EOS is the same guy who create steemit so if steemit is a scam then EOS possibly too.
Time will only tell, but so far it doesn't look like it is. I'm new to this platform so I'm not too informed but am learning daily. But simply sharing, creating and engaging, and not investing too much time or money shouldn't be too bad.
