Just looking on your totals you seem to have forgotten to exclude exchanges, which per se hold tokens for their clients, at least that's what is expected of them.... Their is a quite comprehensive - but maybe outdated - infographic out there taking this into consideration and we get to the top 100 (incl b1) holding about 37% of tokens
