Worker Proposal for Infrastructure Approved

The worker proposal for instructure has just been approved.

One of the things that the worker will do is provide 2 additional API nodes in Asia, at least one in the US, and a public faucet. It will also provide nodes for the TestNet.

This proposal is being handled by the team called Blockchain Projects BV. Payment of its invoices is being handled as an escrow service on behalf of BitShares stakeholders by the BitShares Blockchain Foundation.
