You have done a great thing by sending an email to the various political groups in your state, their attention must be drawn for immediate and positive effects to be taken as regards this.
Disposing of bins like its seen on this photo is not healthy,it breeds sicknesses and tends to make an environment not condusive.
If the above named political groups don't respond to this matter with immediate urgency.....They shouldn't be voted into power next time.
