I agree with you. the wastebaskets in a region certainly affect the behavior of the surrounding residents. Where will I get rid of trash if there is no wastebaskets?

I wonder if your email will be responded to. It looks like you should make a post to update information whether your email is noticed or not.

    Maybe I will vote for any very small party instead.

    Yes, there should be more waste buckets, but if there is none that's no excuse just to litter ones garbage into the landscape. One still can put packages into ones pockets until one reaches home or find a dustbin later.
