Hey steemit people Not long ago I was in Utopia and decided to tell what exactly it is and what beauty is hidden in that word
Utopia (from Latin: Utopia, understood as the "good place") is a term coined by Thomas Morbeglia in 1516. Today, in its most general and accepted sense, the term refers to a hypothetical perfect society. Over the years since it was coined, some have used this term to describe real communities established to create such a society. The term utopian is often used to describe a situation perceived by its thinkers as a good idea but socially, economically or politically feasible, or its application involves social changes that most people will find difficult to accept.
Descriptions of ideal societies were written many generations before the term utopia was coined. The most influential among them is the polytheism of the Greek philosopher Plato. Although Utopias are thought to be idealistic or optimistic ideas that are impossible to realize (in some cases, even by utopian thinkers themselves), there have been attempts to realize Utopias with some degree of success over the centuries. A famous example of such an experiment is the kibbutz - a model that flourished in Israel from the early 20th century until the 1970s. Terms derived from the term utopia are dystopia (anti-utopia, a contrasting term) and satirical utopia
