I wholeheartedly agree. I've been doing some deep-diving work around this idea because I am pretty out of touch with my childhood--trauma has a way of doing that.

It has not been easy, but I can see the progress and need to remember to stay patient.

    Going back to our childhood can feel really foreign, and yes, patience are definitely needed. Good luck on your journey :)
