Today's story is about a women named Colleen from San Diego, California who one day while walking through a farmers market found an interesting product, a glass nail file.
Initially she considered buying them from the seller at the farmers market and reselling them but the seller wanted too much money and the margins weren't there.
She decided to try to source them herself. She found a supplier in the Czech Republic and placed her first order where she bought 750 units in assorted sizes and colors for $1800.
Her first week after attending a farmers market one weekend she had earned a profit of over $7,000. She continued hustling at farmers market and craft sales for a while until she met her future husband who happened to be a web designer.
He set her up with a website which allowed her to run the business a bit more passively and reach more people and it turned into a 6 figure side hustle.

Hey RulesForRebeles! Never spoke to you before but been following you on Youtube for a few months now. Finally got on Steemit and wanted to tag you but unsure if I did it right. Anyways, you're doing great work! I'm expanding my horizons with a lot of your tips and I thank you!
Take care,

Hey buddy checked out your posts enjoyed them, really enjoyed your views on life and money, I share very similar ones. I commented on your posts, to tag do @ and the name so you'd be @guyanddog.
What platform are you going to be blogging on? I've always had a special spot in my heart for bloggers blogspot even though I know it's not the ideal platform. I've never really been super comfortable with Wordpress and while I have a wix blog now I've kind of been neglecting going to buy beaverbuilder and make the leap over to wordpress for the 6th time, we'll see if it sticks this time lol
Hey RFR! Great show! It's been helping me to broaden my horizons!
I was thinking Blogspot as well, but thanks to @kaylinart and an article she did, I'm tossing back and forth between here and there. There's pros and cons to both. I may still end up doing both but I haven't decided 100% yet.
What the... 6 figure business from a glass nail file business? Entrepreneurship is amazing :D
Awesome success story. I love hearing how people can take an idea and expand on it. Glad to see you are doing well on here. I haven't been able to be on here as much as I wanted so its a little slower going for me. I'm hoping to get more time soon. Best wishes to you sir!
