Get out of your comfort zone!

The comfort zone: that invisible, but such hermetic sphere that limits you to achieve exuberant magical things like your dreams and desires. I like the analogy that it is like a bubble created by the mind that restricts you as if it was covering your entire body. It is so powerful that it manifests to your exterior bringing repercussions to your life, but it’s so simple yet so complex to break free from it that the only action it takes is to disobey your thoughts. However, for some this may seem like a war too difficult to survive. Say to yourself that it is not a battle; all it takes is one decision to achieve freedom. This for the reason that the most restricting prison would sometimes be the one you have in your mind.

Here is how to get out of it:

  1. Just do it- Do what you know is necessary and what will bring a positive impact in your life. It does not matter if before it felt uncomfortable because once committed the action, the negative feeling felt would transform into the satisfaction the result gave you!

  2. Be consistent- You would not get out of it only by doing it one time. Once taking action consistency is needed in order to get adapted to it. In addition, there is not only one comfort zone; you have one in hundreds of situations. Having to break the barrier in each one of them every time is needed.

  3. Be responsible- Think well and make the right decision before 'just doing it'. Remember situations vary and some don't occur the way you desire if it was not well thought out.

If you want to be successful, getting used to discomfort is imperative in order to accomplish certain tasks that would lead to it. The path for it would never be easy, for doing something that's undesired just because it brings stress or anxiety, will be indispensable. Keep in mind this is the brain protecting your life; it is designed that way for survival. Nevertheless, sometimes it protects a little too much for unnecessary situations. You just have to get used to getting out of that zone, for the reason that eventually you will adapt to it and no longer have such emotions. Finally, the consequence of this would bring success, personal development and spiritual growth because it will teach you that the only limit that exists is the one you put to yourself.

So get out, get up and be productive! Who said being an entrepreneur was easy?

I think this is a challenge for me personally sometimes. I'm a proponent of both trusting your gut but also pushing yourself, finding the right balance takes a lot of trial and error.

Say to yourself that it is not a battle; all it takes is one decision to achieve freedom.

That's a novel way of putting it, well said
