YOU ARE AWESOME!
There is this saying going around in the entrepreneurial world:
"Entrepreneurs are willing to work 80 hours a week to avoid working 40 hours a week." - Lori Greiner
As in many other sayings there is a lot of truth in this one too. Even though working crazy long hours is sometimes necessary, and we all have done it at some point, it is definitely not sustainable in the long run. It will burn you out and bite you in your back end if you carry on working like that..
Remember you are here for a long run. It’s a marathon, not a sprint so you do need to pace yourself. Since this is your dream, you need to invest in being in your best possible form to carry on working at it for as long as it takes ...
Investing in being at your best consists of many things; healthy sleeping, healthy eating, meditation, exercise, we all do know those. But it also consists of being mindful to which tasks we should be doing ourselves and which ones are more efficient to delegate. Most of us starts on a very tight budget or even without one. Thus, we go on and perform each and every task ourselves, many of which we have no idea how to..
Once we get to the place where we could be hiring, we have become total control freaks and just want to do it all ourselves to make sure it is done up to our standard.
Remember that to be able to work on the business, you should not work too much in the business as this will burn you out.
So let’s start outsourcing as early as it’s possible.
So you may be thinking right now that you have to learn every skill that’s needed to move forward your business. Good news is, NO you don’t.
For example SEO. If you are untechy like myself, learning something like SEO what is totally out of your comfort zone will only cause you to procrastinate, lose motivation, burn out and feel stuck. Although you do need to understand the principles of it, and what will it do and won’t do for your website, you really do not need to be doing it yourself. You outsource experts to do it for you.
You may be thinking right now, yeah this sounds great but where would I take the resources to pay someone else while only starting my business?

EXPERTS DOING THE JOB FOR YOU FOR REALLY GREAT HOURLY RATES.
Sites like “fiverr.com” or “upwork.com” are full of experts that will professionally do what's needed, with some of them specializing in narrow fields which means that they can get the job done super fast.
The hiring process can be little challenging so prepare yourself that it will not be the first person that you find that you will end up collaborating with.
Outsourcing is an essential entrepreneurial skill and the earlier you start learning how to hire your virtual assistance the better.
Once you find your perfect match, it’s oh so worth it !
Happy delegating.
