I agree with you. It is not innate! It is, in my opinion, a skill set that one can develop. Some people, however, are lured into entrepreneurship because of all the success stories out there (which are not always true/transparent) and just dive into it with no preparation.
I had two objectives with this post:
- State that you can be something other than an entrepreneur and still be innovative;
- Shed some light on the preparation work required if you do decide to become one.
