For people who have sedentary jobs, where they remain seated, it is recommended that they exercise physical activities such as the cultivation of home gardens, sports, mechanics, carpentry or recreational activities such as manager or sports coach for children or young people.
The important thing is to keep the mind occupied to avoid negative thoughts that are detrimental to personal, family and social health. In this way, depressive states that can lead to suicides are avoided.
