If something makes us bad is not sleeping well, but when it is because of snoring, it can become a nightmare for someone who sleeps with someone who snores and in the long run, can generate problems for a couple.
Maintain the ideal weight Even a small overweight can cause snoring.
Reduce alcohol consumption Especially before going to sleep, as they make the sleep heavier, cause the muscles to relax and encourage snoring.
Dine lightly Avoid copious dinners that are difficult to digest.
Take a small cup of coffee. If the amount is not exaggerated, a small dose of caffeine does not prevent rest, but favors a less deep sleep and, therefore, a lesser relaxation of the oropharynx.
Sleeping in a correct position reduces snoring. You can rest on your side and avoid using high pillows.
Cure rhinitis, allergies and respiratory diseases. Chronic rhinitis and allergies obstruct the airways.
I also feel it irritating if someone near to me snores and I cant sleep under those circumstances and one of the best way to get rid of snoring is to get the correct position of sleeping.
