It's possible that day to day forces us to be victims of stress and often we live in the company of anger.
There are many situations that take away the smile such as: fail an exam, fight with someone, family problems, illnesses, accidents, among others. But today I want to remind you of the importance of smiling daily and how different it is to face adversity with a smile on your face, because your attitude towards life changes completely, therefore, your reality is contagious with a good energy, despite the temporary adversity.
The smile fills the mind with positive thoughts, brings good ideas to our mind, recharges us of that good attitude and good humor.
The smile is an excellent tool that we need to have a good relationship with people, in such a way it will help us to know more people and improve our interpersonal relationships.
Throughout the day we have many habits ... smiling should be one of those habits because it is healthy.
Did you know that when we smile we activate certain muscles of the face that are involved in the release of endorphins?
For those who do not know, endorphins are hormones that are related to pleasure, personal well-being and pain mitigation, so that makes us feel better physically and emotionally.
When you make the decision not to smile because you are not going through a good time, you are worried or just because you do not want to, you think there are people who are in much worse conditions than you and who wake up daily with a smile for having one more day of lifetime
