All women are potential victims of gender-based violence and mistreatment because inequality between genders has prevailed in all societies. Women are seen in different ways due to the cultural formation that exists in each of the countries, for the great majority it is the weaker sex, because they are considered vulnerable, fragile people, a situation that has changed over time, and fact that women leave their housework full-time on one side and take to the streets to earn a living.

Data and figures show the number of women suffering from this disease. Below figures by the WHO:

• Violence against women - especially violence against women and sexual violence - constitutes a serious public health problem and a violation of women's human rights.

• World estimates published by the OMS indicate that about one in three (35%) women in the world have suffered physical and / or sexual partner violence or sexual violence by third parties at some time in their lives.
  The majority of these cases are violence inflicted by the couple. Across the world, almost one third (30%) of women who have had a relationship say they have suffered some form of physical and / or sexual violence from their partner at some point in their lives.

• 38% of murders of women that occur in the world are committed by their male partner.
  Violence can negatively affect women's physical, mental, sexual and reproductive health and, in some settings, may increase the risk of contracting HIV.

• Men who have a low level of education, have been subjected to abuse during childhood, have been exposed to scenes of domestic violence against their mothers and the harmful use of alcohol, have lived in environments where violence was accepted and Different rules for each sex, and believe that they have rights over women are more likely to commit violent acts.

• Women who have a low level of education, have been exposed to acts of intimate partner violence against their mothers, have been mistreated during childhood, have lived in environments where violence, male privileges and The condition of subordination of women is at a greater risk of being victims of intimate partner violence.

• There is evidence that interventions that promote women's awareness and emancipation, the provision of psychological counseling and home visits could favor the prevention or reduction of violence against women.

• Conflict, post-conflict and displacement situations can aggravate existing violence, such as that inflicted on women by their partners and sexual violence outside their partner, and lead to new forms of violence against women.

we women should not accept that absolutely nobody makes us less for any reason, we are more than we believe and what we propose we can achieve them. God blessed us in all ways, we have the ability and the Gift to give Life and that is why we are blessed.
