An 80-year-old male patient who presented weakness of lower limbs for 1 year that progresses to make walking impossible, pain in the lower back irradiated to both lower limbs and tingling paresthesias and cramps. He went to emergencies due to pain exacerbation, in paraclinical severe normochromic normocytic anemia was observed, with roleaux in peripheral blood smears, albumin globulin dissociation and elevated creatinine levels. it raises plasmatic cell dyscrasia and MO aspirate is performed.

I know a little about this pathology, close family has it.
It is a malignant hematologic disease that has no cure. there are many treatments to give quality of life to the patient but bone marrow transplant has not been curative until now.
