Hello good friends of STEEMIT!, today I will talk a little about my beginnings as a musician ♥ ♫

My name is Ramón Eduardo Amaya Rodríguez, i have 27 old and i'm from Venezuela.

From a very young age I had a deep approach to art and music thanks to the education of my parents. I lived growing and learning to play several types of instruments like the keyboard, the four, the flute among others but without any reason in particular, I did it more than anything to spend my free time until one day I met the guitar thanks to some friends who I played one night in a meeting, called my attention so much their performances so I did not hesitate to tell them how good they sounded and the immense desire I had to learn, that's where I did everything possible to get a guitar and start this new path I've been traveling for many years ...

I started playing the acoustic guitar at the age of 18, at that time I did not have the instrument and a cousin who lives next to my house had a guitar but he did not use it, he lent me his for a while and also offered to give me some basic lessons to learn, so little by little and I was every time taking more and more desire to learn. As I was learning, I practiced playing other cors bands like Mana, REM, The Cramberries, System of Down, among others since my musical tastes were very inclined towards the Alternative Rock and the HardRock which made my progress a bit difficult since to begin with I had to go from the most basic but as I love the difficulty I did not give up ...

Here I already had some time playing the acoustic guitar...

Something that fed more my musical tastes was the fact of being Gamer and one of the games that helped me keep playing the guitar was GuitarHero 3, Game where you had to use a plastic guitar with 5 colored buttons and go playing patterns according to the game indicated, when I had it for the first time I could say that thanks to the awakening some freedom in the hands although it is not the same as playing the instrument helped me a lot and as I was playing themes in the game, I knew new bands and guitarists, and each Once my influences were growing more and more ...

One day practicing extreme sports I had a total fracture of the right forearm, very nervous and scared I thought I had lost everything, I felt very bad because I thought that maybe later I would not be able to write well, touch, do some kind of sport or exercise ... after my operation, last 6 months of rest and the remaining months taking therapy, for my luck my operation was a success but even so I felt very depressed because now I had to be very careful with my right arm (I am right-handed ) and I had to take into account that now my life was full of precautions and limitations.

My younger brother is seeing my condition and my mood on the floor that I decided to talk to my parents to do something I could do and I was still not very worried about me and that was the case when I asked my parents to buy me an electric guitar , Decárselo but with one condition: "I had to play the instrument like the gods of the guitar and never abandon it", that's where I got excited because it was the challenge of my life, I had my first electric guitar in my hands and it was no longer playing to pass the time or because he simply thought it was great, now it was for a big goal, a goal, a big challenge, something he had always wanted...

Very happy and happy for my new instrument devote many hours of research and practice without rest as I was totally unaware of what I was facing and little was the time I had to be demonstrating my interest and my progress towards my parents and my brother, but thanks to social networks, YouTube and network searchers I was finding an answer to each of my doubts since the road was taking it alone and I was practically becoming a very self-taught person .... I learned that the electric guitar I only used amplifiers, but I also used effects pedals, all kinds of software for recordings, to practice, study, among others and I had to figure things out which was not easy, I was reading many books and I also got to know the subject of the big '' Guitar Clinics '' that thanks to them you can learn many techniques too fast and I can tell you the kind of guitarist that I was, a focused person and fanatic towards virtuosity...

7 months of intense practice learning more advanced topics from bands like Guns n 'Roses, Aerosmith, Iron Maiden, AC / DC, among others, I got some friends at the university (Twins) @jonsnoww and @ temistocles123 (By the way, greetings brothers!) that never in their life imagined that I played the instrument and it happens that they were looking for a guitarist to form a band Tribute to METALLICA and it was at that time that I auditioned with them, it was difficult to convince them at the beginning but thanks to the work and dedication I passed the test and I was as lead guitarist of the band named DamageInc, In 2 months of practice and practice we had our first debut at a Rock event named '' Rock at Home '', despite my nerves and insecurity everything was a great success so much that most of the people were delighted with the project, they gave us a lot of congratulations and a great support, something that motivated me to stay firm without looking back, this way we lasted for 2 years playing and traveling through the big cities of the country until one day I decided it was time to get more serious in my musical career and study at a private academy called TMV '' Tecnologico de Música de Valencia ''.

In the Technological I learned many important things like theory, some phrases, solfege, how to compose, organize a band, all the answers to my questions, etc. I also shared with many musicians of different styles and made many friendships between teachers, classmates and students. I graduated as a keyboard player and I also studied electric guitar, I had the opportunity to give private classes for what remained of the year until they closed their doors to look for new frontiers like nowadays that are in Panama and Colombia ...

Nowadays I am 9 years old as a musician and I work in several projects as arranger and guitar leader, I also dedicated myself to be a session musician in order to support the new talents of each generation, I had the honor of sharing with many musicians from my town as well as bands of styles: Metal, Djent, Alternative, Ballads, I am very happy to have made this decision because I do what I like and I enjoy very much, each concert is a new experience, I have traveled to many beautiful places, I have met many friendships and great moments ..
