Our talent is at the height of the circumstances that our country is going through, in these times it is something difficult to achieve, the automotive articles and those that we get are somewhat doubtful of their quality and performance. Some Venezuelans, with knowledge of engineering in many workshops, take the boldness of design and materialize the necessary parts for the optimal operation of the vehicle, the engine and cnc milling tools (numerical control by computer).
Here I present a summary of how these parts are created using basic engineering.
It is one of the best programs at the level of mechanical design, which allows us to create any object that has dimensions and visualize it in the computer in a 3D way with real manufacturing measurements and you can even carry out resistance studies with the desired material to correct your fail even before being manufactured.
With this program the desired piece is designed taking the necessary measures for example a brake disc is made a kind of replica in 3D the ideal material is chosen after doing their respective studies and all these data are saved in a kind of disk.

Design in CNC milling machine
This is a simple milling machine that works with series of numerical controls which can be controlled by an operator generating cutting routes, that is, with this machine we produce machining. Today in Venezuela it is easier to get billets of a certain material, a billet can be said to be materials of a thickness and length (the base of the piece to be created) in which it will be implemented in the milling machine. In the machine you enter the information of the piece created in 3D and a route of cuts is programmed on the billet having as implement the three types of cuts in X, Y, Z after the billet we obtain our finished brake disk.
It is very impressive how we can create anything that we can draw and even make it of better quality. This method is usually cheaper than buying a normal spare part since with the materials used you can make a life study of longer duration than a generic spare part.
