Every time I read about other countries phasing out fossil fuels, I wonder what that might be like. We're still 200% dependent on it in my country and I imagine the air in yours will be way easier to breathe

Inasmuch as the use for fossil fuel is shifting, I don't really think it worth a second pondering over!
Why?? Other uses to which HCs can be put are So many, though yet explred.Are we really 200% dependent on oil in Nigeria?? @bellemo

Yes we are in fact that dependent on fossil fuel. The average Nigerian can't go a day without fossil fuel, this despite not even having a vehicle.

There's mechanisms in place to prevent or slow down the use of other forms of energy. Its part of the widespread corruption that's eating deep into our society.
