howdy there blewitt! well sir I understand that because this way you kinda have the best of both worlds. Anything you need or want to find is in the city and yet you can have the peacefulness of a nice neighborhood in Jersey, plus being close to the beach so I think it's a nice set up!

Yeah Iβve mellowed our as Iβve aged and the relaxing laid back beach community is just what I need.

Everyone I know that resides in the city...mainly NY is all high strung. Definitely not the life for me...
