your good friend moved to Dallas because of a job opportunity right? we avoid Dallas like the plague because we don't like cities! lol. But they DO have anything you could want so in that respect they are cool.
but traffic is a nightmare and getting worse every year.

Yeah he actually travels a decent amount for his job but settled in Dallas. He is right in the city and loves it. Says every convenience is there right in front of him. One day I will get out there...

Yeah. I think I mentioned it before. When I was younger I used to dream of living in nyc. Now? Screw that! I do t know what I was thinking. Lol. My beach community does me fine.
howdy there blewitt! well sir I understand that because this way you kinda have the best of both worlds. Anything you need or want to find is in the city and yet you can have the peacefulness of a nice neighborhood in Jersey, plus being close to the beach so I think it's a nice set up!
Yeah Iโve mellowed our as Iโve aged and the relaxing laid back beach community is just what I need.

Everyone I know that resides in the city...mainly NY is all high strung. Definitely not the life for me...
