Yeah thats what i am able to figure out from the post but was just wondering how can anybody calculate so much.

Well the tactics to both leagues are also detailed in the post, it depends where you would like to focus, although as @fullcoverbetting has shown this week - it's possible to reach the top 10 of both leagues :D
