RE: The Curation and Engagement Leagues 🏆 - STEEM prizes & steem-bounty available! 🎁

It was a double negative, like not using steem would be weird in the future! You have been extra helpful, friendly and nice; I enjoy chatting with you!

Do I believe it could? Yes! I'm not sure that every government will get their benefits program on steem, but I think it would work way better than the current system (a one time investment to put out welfare or ubi forever? Even gov't wages could be paid this way!)

It won't be this week, and maybe not next, but I am getting warm and having fun, engagement is its own reward!

yes sir @ecoinstant! ok now I get the "weird" thing, that makes sense.
do you think ubi is a real thing that is coming and who would pay for it?
I never hear a word about the social, economic or political stuff in Columbia, what kind of government is it and how is the economy?

I agree that engagement is indeed it's own reward and that it was a brilliant concept that Asher came up with to increase networking and engagement.

Only going to answer one of those questions, the Colombia stuff will have to wait for another day because I am crashing tonight, need my sleep once in a while! ;p

I might have a few comments from you waiting for a response!

UBI is only feasible with steem or something like steem. A one time investment in sufficient steem power and a bit of coding is all that it would take to implement ubi forever. It would never work with real money, and stuff like this is where steem really blows my mind with its potential. It is a new type of economy, an abundance economy!

sir ecoinstant, thank you for your time and I appreciate all your perspectives, opinions, knowledge and skills. This ubi thing sounds very exciting!

Its only one possibility, but the great thing about steem is that it has so many possibilities. Steemit is just the proof of concept ;p, save up that steem power, we are going for a wild ride! Ask me about colombian politics again sometime :)
