Yeah they ticked up quite nicely this week. And i think they'll go again next week too as STEEM slowly but steadily climbs out of the pit.

A couple of 'old' registrations have popped up in the past week or two, I'm taking that as a good sign. It will be really nice to have those non-negligible votes being made by 500/1000 SP accounts again - more chance to share around as the price rises.
