This league is not based around financial rewards and relates to engagement.
Everyone currently on my master list has a chance here - including those powering down or dealing in delegations over the past couple of weeks.
I've used some metrics relating to:

- Comments - number of (C)
- Number of people spoken to (PS)
- Comments - replies to replies - depth > 2 (C R)
- Comments - length in characters (C L)
- Witness votes (W) (for those proxying witness votes, your total is always 30)
- Up-votes to others (V)
- Up-votes to different authors (U V)
- Self-votes - No minus score but no bonus STEEM (S V)

From your overview numbers, looks like a bit of a dip this week @abh12345. Still, in the face of the continuing decline of STEEM (lowest since I "jumped in" in Aug 2017), pretty good. What do you think? As for me, I am thinking of coining a new phrase βslump and dumpβ β¦ π
You are certainly doing more than your fair share to keep people engaged "in here," so I hope others appreciate that and maybe come up with creative ways to encourage others in a similar manner.

You spent too much time on steem just like me and @tattoodjay!
900 comments is at least 28bcomments a day. You need to load a post, read it, write a comment... if you can do this all in 5 minutes time you are fast and it takes you over 10 hours a day.10 hours and you haven't wrote or posted anything yourself yet.
Imagine how fast you have to type on your mobile phone, ot how many hours more it takes if you are a mobile user only.
Still did not figure out how to write faster myself. The slow connection is already a problem.

I am a speed reader, always have been since i am young and spend lots of time commutting where i catch up on Steemit, but no way do I spend 10 hours a day commenting

Ahh that's right I hadn't considered the alt effect on engagement data.. Combined efforts may not show up on a table but the ripples are still very much positively impacting the ecosystem and that can't be put on a pie chart..

I spend about 4 hours a day sitting on a train commuting to and from NYC so that gives me lots of time for Steemit :)
Funny we have not bumped into each other i just followed you so maybe that will change :)

Another phone user, i forget who's mobile only. Those comments add up :)
I think there are more mobile only users as you think. Most don't tell but they also do not write as much as I do, and way shorter content. Thought about doing that too but it is hard to stick to a max of words unless it is a contest.
Wonder if I would spend less time here...π€ no don't think so. Just less cramp in my hand and no need to splint... But I should.

Not a fantastic week by the weeklies, I hope it is just the end of Summer in the north and the start of summer in the south, first and last vacation days before the start of the school year. All the numbers down a fraction, I know my comment numbers were down, but some of them must have gotten long winded, I did manage to buck the vote trend on the weeklies a little and increased the number of out going votes and also the unique number votes. I am trying to get more votes out, so some of my vote levels have gone down to the 25% level. Next month's report will show a decidedly decrease in the over-all vote percentage level.
Still it is close to the end of the season, or beginning of the season, and I hope it is not because of HF21 that has people worried about posting. If it is the price of steem that has people worried, that goes up and goes down, and right now is a boom time to be posting. Yeah, "Dollar" amount shown might be tiny, but steem amount is great.
The STEEM amount is really nice right now. Those keeping hold will be very happy should the market change for the better :)
Hopefully the end of summer will mark an uptick in the numbers - we shall see.
I knew I could get above 4k once again! Excited for more to come!

Wow, I guess I've been on a powerdown for longer than 15 days finally back on the curation / 1000 sp list. But I'm going to have to do huge adjustments after HF21 and stop powerdown. Will that also take me off the waiting list again?
It will take you off the Curation League for a few weeks yes, but everyone remains on the Engagement League whatever they choose to do :)

It takes me 7 days a week to do mine. I only do the worst spots now. It is way too much work. Not many would do it with such a small mower as I have. They probably would buy such a thing they can sit on. Well, the dogs don't care and most neighbours have more as they can handle. π
