Cheetah says in the FAQ that it’s only informational when it posts the other web content. It’s been doing that for me with Inverted Audio stuff. Rationale is that it lets people know there is web content elsewhere if you want it.
It really lets you know if you’re on the naughty list. The person behind it replies to @ mentions though. @anyx is the person you want.
@firepower downvotes all my posts and comments because I revealed the facts that he is spammer, a liar, and banned my steemit.chat account for censorship.
Your bot @seraph allows @firepower to downvote all my comments and posts and did nothing. That's not a problem.
BUT when I downvote his comment, your bot @seraph protects him unfairly. Can you explain?

That's correct. :) The comment can be avoided by crossposting content rather than reposting old, recycled content.
