I have seen the devastation that windmill farms do to our landscape and our Bird population. One group was filming a documentary on wind endergy, a protected bird (an Eagle) flew right into the wind and was killed.

The fantasy of "clean" free energy is just that and fossil fuel the most efficient and is needed for third world countries so they can come out of poverty; but the eco-assholes want these countries to use "renewable" energy that barely even produces enough energy to run one small city.

Don't get me started on Solar, California is full of Solar homes and they will tell you that it is not what people think it is, and the power companies make it almost not worth the switch as they will fine you and make you still buy their power.
