Beef rujak confit use a high Quality food,I combine 2 types of food, the taste of western appearance Indonesia..

- truffle oil
- basil oil
- mizuna microgreens
- sweet spicy glaze
- yellow endive
- kyuri slice
- onion
- creamy wine
