Brazil is a country with underdeveloped bases, and growing economy is a country of happy and optimistic people, currently the greatest example of this is its intense and rampant creation of so-called "memes" - which resemble mini online cartoons, and their content is usually humorous - Memes have become a fever in Brazilian cybernetic territory, and any error, bizarre scene and even in cases of public denunciation, end up becoming memes increasing attention to these cases, treating them in a relaxed but present way. In this scenario of constant content creation there is a giant organization of ideas and scope, where memes are created and judged by the consumers themselves of this content ensuring effectiveness and consequently laughter, works the way anyone can be a creator of memes basing on events of day to day or in common situations society, once created, the creator must go through the evaluation in groups of facebook until receive the attention needed in these group from there are posted in such far-reaching groups as South America Memes and Memeguy1997. Memes in Brazil are so important that they even caused "wars", where memes were used as "weapons" to show which country is the funniest, talking about historical and daily situations in other countries like Portugal and Argentina. It is clear that memes are not the most important thing in Brazil, but it is admirable the way in which these people treat their routine in a relaxed way even though they are among scandals of corruption, a serious political crisis and almost endemic social inequality.
