This storm has killed 3 people so far. One woman in her 50s was killed by a falling tree as she was travelling in Waterford in her car. One man in his 30s was killed when he was clearing a tree in Tipperary he was seriously injured with a chainsaw and so died. The other man was killed in Louth.
Much damage was done. A few more people were injured including a woman in her 70s. Transport services have been suspended until Tuesday morning and also primary and secondary schools have been closed today and will also be closed tomorrow, Tuesday 17th October.
We have been advised to stay at home. Be safe!
