Empowerment, my long awaited pet monster

My environment tries to explain and justify empowerment daily. I came in the era where empowerment is the only thing that gives voice to the masses, the only thing that authenticate their relevance, the only reason why they still eat and most importantly the reason why they aint dead.
Empowerment became a monster that can only be captured and willed to the masses by the government, one bought at a price by wealthy parents who then will it to their children or in most rare cases chased down and captured by a priviledged or an underpriviledged individual.
Which ever way empowerment is achieved remains useless if it will on the long run break away. Remember its a monster and a strong leach and cage is required to tie it down.
Well am on the watch out for this beast, taking lessons on how to rear a monster, and regardless of what ever way am able to capture this monster, one thing is sure "Its trapped for life".
