I quit paying attention to Elon's tweets when it became apparent that he likes to tweet stuff he thinks if funny when he's high. This looks like it might fall into that category, in both cases.

As far as how much damage he does... it's only as much as we let him. If he starts issuing 'Stand down and stand by...' kind of orders, I'll worry.
