Interesting Elevator
The Hilton has an interesting Elevator. I have never seen something like this before. I assume that the Elevator design was chosen due to the huge amount of people living at the Hilton. Usually you have the problem that many people want to push the floor number, this is a problem in a packed elevator.
Nice Beach and Eleavator
At the Hilton you have to chose your floor outside the elevator, than the elevator number will be displayed. The System optimizes which person goes to which elevator, meaning less stops and faster operation of the elevators. I really like it, I needed some time to get used to it, but I love it. Enjoy the picture of the Sea and the Hilton resort too.

Interesting Elevator indeed - i have a special elevatorphobie. All our office models go mad when I enter them.
I even spend hours in one with no emerfency support, no tv, no beer, no Toilet

These kind of elevators are used in office buildings, for the same time saving reason. You enter the floor number and the elevator come and pick a certain amount of requests for multiple floors :D
There are many elevators that have interface like this in fron of the elevators. So you diale in the floor and you get the instructions in which elevator you should go. System is briliant because only the people that go to the same floor are in the elevator. Its used in big office buildings with lots of elevators and hundreds of floors.

A lot of tech companies with skyscrapers have elevators like this actually. I know in Seattle at least a few Amazon buildings have elevators like this.

We had a similar system in one of my University's buildings. It has about 25 floors and thousands of people go there every day. There were 3 huge elevators, all operated by monitors outside. You just put in your floor and the system told you which elevator to go to. No buttons inside the elevator other than one for emergencies. It was really good.
