I love Elderflowers. In Sweden they make a syrup from the flowers that you can use for a drink. It's amazing. Here's a recipe . Of course, it can be bought at IKEA, too.

These are great pictures! Do you just eat the fruit when it comes on or do you use it for other things, like wine or remedies? Also, do you know how much fruit you will get off of one plant that size? Thanks.
