I personally believe this law applies to our everyday life, every action we take has consequences and we have to be ready to deal with those consequences whether good or bad.
To make it easier, we can look at this from the perspective of a farmer:
There can be no reaping without sowing
A farmer cannot just go to any land and harvest what has been sown by another farmer it is a crime the same thing applies in our lives you cannot reap what you did not sow.You must put in some effort
A farmer does not just wake up one morning and starts harvesting he must have planted something before he can harvest and to enjoy bountiful harvest the farmer must have sown bountifully.
I think everyone should be aware of these things as they make choices and live their lives everyday.
