Educational Malpractice (original work)

School is a place where we all learn things for our future, as we all know. Well, people dont actually end up to the job they like because of these reasons.

In schools, they teach more or less 30 students in each classrooms with more than 8 subjects everyday and expect students to do well in each area. My point is that even teachers interchange everytime because they cant teach 8 subjects at once and yet they expect students to master all 8 subjects? Just absurb.

School nowadays teaches the fish on how to climb a tree when fishes are made to swim. Even teach the dog to speak like humans when dogs are made to bark. You see, we all are diverse in terms of fortes.

People are good in music when some excel in academics. Some are interpersonal while others are intrapersonal. People could be good at sports but nowadays, you only could be successful in the eyes of others if you get white collar jobs.

Well, you are successful if you reach your goals, not the goals of others.

We all are uniquely given a field of interest and our world is a world of diversity.

In Finland, children are being taught 3-5 hours a day and at young ages, they build character and good manners. They let childred do what they want as long as it's safe and with purpose. They allow one to improve in a chosen field and guess what? According to statistics, Finland is no. 1 in terms of successful graduates.

As we can see, all of us are diverse and has a field of intellect where one can develop and improve and achieve success their heart beats for.
