I have been in 51Talk for almost 18 months now. The best thing about working with 51Talk is the fulfillment of helping my students improve not just their English speaking skills, but also their lives. Being an English teacher is showing them that English is one way to learn about the world.
Moreover, the best part of being a teacher is the personal satisfaction in seeing your students learn from what you taught and later on becoming a successful person. Telling you how much you've helped them to become confident English speakers. Aside from the earnings and being in control of my time, seeing my students become better English speakers is the best reward I can get out of online teaching.
