as the old saying goes, "they will never care how much you know until they know how much you care." teachers are called second parents for a reason and primarily it is because we are to care for them.at the end of the day, our students may not rememver the lessons taught in class but they will remember and be grateful for the care they have received. good suggestions given. if i may add, initiating conversations and asking questions about them and their interests are also good ways to show them care. will be following you for more posts like this. hope you follow me too even if im just a newbie.
