What type of content does well on Steemit?

I think posts on cryptocurrency do better than every other post. This is strictly based on my observance over my period of stay in this platform. But then, the performance of a post mostly depends on who is posting it.
On a lighter note, I am happy for the students of Temple University. Their lives are about to be made better. I wish I was told about Steemit while still a student.
