Hello itinerants all over the world and steemit community! Before anything else, I would just like to express my sincerest gratitude for the support that everyone has given me with my previous post. How My Travel Quest Began? A Frugal Traveler and an Aspiring Content Creator based in the Philippines | Itinerantph

And here's the continuation of my Travel Quest.

I have chosen one of @teachblogger's post to analyze since we both have some things in common. Who is @teachblogger by the way? His real name is Mert, who is teaching English in Izmir, Turkey which also happens to be my part time job. I have been teaching English language online to students from most parts of Asia and Europe. He was brought up in Izmir. He has been an erasmus student in Poland and was able to work as a volunteer in Slovenia. He always has this goal to give people information by sharing his experiences through his contents. That's also basically what brought me to this platform. I always see to it that as much as possible I am able to share my experiences to my readers and hopefully they could learn something from it. We both aim to promote our countries and share the finest and interesting topics about it. We both don't just focus on a specific topic, as much as possible we try to give our audiences a diverse environment where they can learn a lot of things.

I am writing an analysis to my best extent about an article that Mert has shared 16 days ago with a title "EDUCATION ABROAD AND YOUR FUTURE!" Full article here.

In this article, he pointed out the importance of CONSIDERING STUDYING ABROAD and what significant changes it could bring to our lives and and to our FUTURE! I am just very fortunate to have experienced teaching English to students from different countries such as Japan, China, Taiwan, Vietnam and many more for the reason that I was able to learn their culture, traditions & beliefs, personal perspectives about life and their everyday living. In the second paragraph of his article, he emphasized that studying or living abroad, a person must be courageous enough to take all the risks it may bring to your life. I strongly agree with this idea because you'll surely encounter completely different experiences compared to your comfort zone and be ready to take so many adjustments in order for you to learn, grow and survive. He also shared an experience with his student's profile in the language school he works for. He has seen that the student was in lack of big self-confidence with regards to their characteristics and unknowing of the world as they are always dependent with their parents in a way.

I already encountered so many students who have the same stories mentioned above. They are afraid to see what the rest of the world is doing for they have been so dependent what their culture, norms and their parents tell them. They seem to have lack of confidence for they are not often exposed with so many opportunities aside from what their country gives them. The EDUCATION SYSTEM of a country can greatly affect someones personal beliefs and perspectives.

Mert also emphasized that through our experiences studying or living abroad can broadly give us fresh ideas from different people's point of view. Listening to foreign teachers can give you new perspectives aside from what you have learned from your country's educators. Also he pointed out that Cultural Exchange and Interaction from foreign students can help you improve yourself a lot. You can surely apply the things you've learned from them in your daily life.

I have been participating in one of the biggest CULTURE & LANGUAGE EXCHANGE community in Cebu, the CEBU LANGUAGE EXCHANGE. So, I can surely attest to Mert's idea of improving oneself through Cultural Exchange and Interaction.

In this community, we have members from different countries. For having interaction with them, I was able to learn new things such as WORK ETHICS in their country, THEIR THINKING towards foreign people, THEIR CULTURE , and the things they value in life which I am truly glad to apply in my daily life.

In the article, @teachblogger also emphasized that studying or living abroad can help you ACQUIRE NEW SKILLS like learning their language. Learning another language can definitely give you more opportunities than just learning one. He pointed out that if you have more skills it may happen that the job chases you than otherwise.

Mert also gave an example in the article that if you experience education abroad and if you are a teacher, you can definitely impart your knowledge to your students. You become a ROLE MODEL. You can inspire and motivate them doing the things out of their comfort zone. They can realize that they can also do the things that you are doing.

I completely agree with the statements above made by @teachblogger. There are just things that I want to add up that could have made the article more informative.

1.) Studying or living abroad can also change your mindset which leads you to a better future. If we will only rely on what our country tells us, we will never have a chance to open our minds to possibilities and opportunities. It also helps inform the set of beliefs that we used to have.

2.) You will surely learn new good habits and have the bad's changed. You will learn new recreations that would help you forget the bad habits.

3.) You can surely build connections and may have a chance to work with great minded people only by studying or living abroad. They can surely bring out the best in you.

And also, the article could have looked better if he did put the images at the center. And at least added one original photo or two. He could have built strong connection to the readers if he puts photos which will show his experiences in other countries he has been to.

That's basically it, It's another day to be grateful for! Once again, thanks to @anomadsoul and @guyfawkes4-20 and the rest of the people who are sincerely doing their best to help people from different parts of the world to grow! I have always been thrilled since the very beginning of this SUMMER CAMP EVENT. I am just happy not only for myself but also for the people who are in the same mission and goals in the community. FINALLY, we are given a chance to let our stories be heard and have our passion and dedication in our fields be noticed! MORE POWER AND I WISH EVERYONE THE BEST!

DEUCES!

Regards,
@itinerantph

Yes, i do agree with you @itinerantph and @teachblogger.
I do think that considering studying abroad is such a great idea. I went to a Japanese language school before , which also offering a study and work program in Japan.
Most of my classmates took the program and from time to time they would update me about their experiences. Yes, it is really is a great challenge for them to be in another country, learning about the culture, learning the language, making connection and so on.There are times that they want to give up because of the challenges that they have experience .But they told me, that it was also the best decision that they have made. They are now an independent sucessfull individual currently Living in Japan.

I also did consider studying abroad, because i know it will definitely change me as a person and also my future. It would also mean better job opportunities.
I do think if given a chance everyone would love to go abroad and study, its just that everyone cant afford it. Just like me.. 😢 But it doesn't mean you can't. I know there are some scholarship programs out there.. and i agree that cultural exchange can give you a glimpse on what it feels like to study abroad, about their thoughts and culture just by hearing the stories of the members .

So to sum it up. If ever there is a chance for anyone to study abroad,if you can afford or maybe scholarship. GRAB IT. It will surely make a difference in your life and how you see things.💪👍👍

Wow. I can feel your heart typing this comment @jade.kathy! It really can give great impact if we study abroad because of the benefits provided above. I feel you because as much as I wanted to work abroad it's just that it's way too difficult for us to process everything. But for sure in the future I'd like to experience life abroad.
