In recent years, highly sophisticated design technology is becoming even more essential for both consumer and enterprise tech start-ups alike. It is transforming economies around the world and it is creating a demand for new skills in which imagination, intellect, and invention are essential. 90% of jobs now require direct interaction with creative and design technology.

Creative 3D Web’s (C3DW), Virtual 3D Web Browser boasts an array of special developer tools designed to facilitate the creation of digital assets for Web 3.0 technology and 3D web spaces. C3DW are aware that to promote usability, scalability, and adoption of their product that they will need to train and educate people to use this new, fresh, cutting-edge technology. To address this need, C3DW has developed and established the Creative Skills Learning Academy Program (CSLA).

There are many successful examples of Software companies creating routes of education available to their end users. Microsoft launched the Virtual Academy alongside the release of Office 365. The Virtual Academy offers free online courses that cover Microsoft related products. Similarly, Cisco Networking Academy offers free training and qualifications related to their software but goes a step further by allowing students to have a choice of face to face or online learning as well as access to a network of potential employers. The Network element is something that Cisco champion as this is what they claim is ‘creating a bridge to employment opportunities’.

The main objectives of CSLA are to level the creative skills shortage playing field and to foster meaningful economic participation for disadvantaged communities, as a by-product, C3DW believe that they will achieve scalability of the Virtual 3D Web.

The CSLA is designed to educate the future creative Web 3.0 designers. Specifically, the program will coordinate with disadvantaged communities to provide individuals with working creative skills to ensure career development and education on a global scale. The program will focus on these communities In an effort to bridge the gap between flourishing and deprived communities and allow the community members to become part of a larger meaningful economy. The program includes a job creation initiative which is particularly significant in that its intended target is the disadvantaged, who are excluded and discriminated against. The majority of these people end up in unskilled or low-skilled jobs.

The training programs will target the needs of each community at its core. The program will be working with local churches, mosques, synagogues and other community centers through the use of the Virtual 3D Web network. All training will be in accordance with national systems of standards, quality assurance, accreditation of providers, and developing curriculum, courses, and materials. These exercises will be undertaken with a number of different groups including heads of curriculum areas and or members of curriculum teams, senior managers, and other corporation members. Students of the academy receive commercial creative skills training leading to employment opportunities with C3DW and other creative skills employers globally. Courses will encompass on a complete range of basic through advanced skill levels — from graphics and game design to complex concepts such as virtual world building, avatar development, blockchain technology, and scene production.

CSLA is in a position to make specific contributions to overall government objectives by providing individuals with working skills, creative skills training, and retraining of individuals utilizing their transferable skills to ensure career development. The program will aid and support local enterprises that will be responsible for driving Virtual 3D Web expansion program and will create local jobs and employment not only for disenfranchised communities but the wider community at large.

It is essential for the growth and adoption of any new software, to ensure that it is accessible to all. Creative 3D Web will focus particularly on communities which will find it the most difficult to access the software otherwise. Training potential users of the software will eventually create a large pool of highly skilled developers and will help ensure that the possibilities of this new virtual world will be endless.
