I was trying to launch a startup and was wondering who makes these new age websites, or rather how do they develop these beautiful websites. Any lead highly appriciated.
Also, I want to know if there is any company who can help develop a new blockchain application and launch ICO. I am working on an edutech start up based in India.

If you look at those websites you'll find that they're very similar to each other, that's probably because everybody is using templates for the front-end part of their site, such as bootstrap templates or custom responsive templates. Since the important things happen in the back-end, nobody is willing to spend their time (and money) asking their developers to customize their front-end too much. Regarding your startup, I personally think it's too late to start a new blockchain project right now since there are thousands of them, but I'm sure that you will find developers willing to work on it if you search for them (you can hire them directly on any job searching website). There are a lot of free (and paid, depending on what you need) templates websites around. Here's one site that offers bootstrap front-end templates: https://startbootstrap.com/template-categories/all/ . I don't know of any coin in that space, but I don't know every coin in the market (there are thousands of them!) so I think you should do your own research about that, I'm sorry.
