At the top right next to "submit a story" click the portrait then click on blog in the drop down menu . On this screen you will see all of your post. Click the title of the post you wish to edit or delete. Scroll to the bottom and in the right you should see "reply" "edit" and "share". Click edit and there you go.

I don't believe there is a way to delete post but you can edit them. Hope this helps.
