RE: Plant Expedition Success: We Found North America’s Caffeine Plant in the Wild

Nice meeting you @mountainjewel! It is such a great article. To be honest, it made me think that I do not know so many things! I have been a passionate gardener and I read quite a lot about plants but that is the first time I hear about Yaupon Holly. Thanks to you I know quite a lot now. If you will keep writing on a topic I would be very much interested in its use in sacred ceremonies? The second thing - can I grow it or its relatives in Europe?(lets say in the greenhouse with the right tempreature the year around?)

@sashagenji, what you say is all true about not knowing a lot, I can say the Same for me . Everyday I seem to learn more and more about plants. It Is always a humbling process being in relation with plants.

So glad you appreciated the content, sharing Is caring! I suspect you could grow yaupon in a greenhouse, it survives here in zone 6b. It doesn't seem to be picky. Happy to hear from you

Nice quote and sketch ;)
