We all live within specific contexts in place and time. Take a look at the experience of women, both of whom are trying to convey something very specific and experienced-based about the nature of Patriarchy.
As a person who studies etymology and has read Tolkein and studying words and other languages, I have no doubt about the root of the word patriarchy, in fact I am well aware of its foundational meaning.
However, through all of your verbose responses, you've continually bypassed anything trucklife or I have said around our contextual awareness of the use of the word.
Though misogyny is intimately tied up with modern-day Patriarchy, I am not confusing the two.
