Have you combined your poetry writing with telling a children's story? That might be an interesting way to share your feelings while teaching children a lesson.
I am a bit concerned to hear you have stopped your anti-depression medication. Please monitor yourself carefully and if you begin to slip into a dark hole, see your doctor and consider starting the medication again.
