Yes I agree with this too. This mindset can make all the difference. Philanthropy because you know what it means not-to-have.

Grassroots (Bottom up) approach

It is not enough to have the authority (top down) dictate what should or should not be. Each and every one must educate ourselves and take personal responsibility for the world we live in and strive to make it better for the next generation.
