What are we eating today? The nice thing about a vegetable garden at home is that there is always something to eat/harvest within reach.
Today's harvest is modest, I picked 4 more bell peppers and a couple of red peppers from the greenhouse, some cuttings for supper and couldn't contain my curiosity towards the raspberries and decided to pick one out of the ground. I incorporated the cut beets into the pasta carbonara with no bacon from the book Hunger by a friend . This meal almost entirely consisted of ingredients from my own garden, also the eggs are from my own chickens. Anyway we ate it..
