I've made it a top priority to just sit and do nothing for 30 minute every day. That's right: just sit on a chair, preferably somewhere with a good view, and just do nothing.

Being constantly stimulated throughout the day leads to all sort of unpleasant mental conditions. It's important to just let the body/mind go into neutral so it can rest and gather energy.

Great comment! I fully agree with your point of view.
It's important to let go and simply breath. We've forgotton how to relax actually. Life is running fast, and we feel a constant need to deliver. But sometimes the only thing we really need to do is: not doing anything at all.
