Well @amiramnoam , i like your school of thought about making and investing money.
Generally if its me, i will prefer buying land in a rural area or underdevelop place than the centre of a city because the world is going digitalized and development will go with it.
And i love elon musk reasons why flying car wont work in this our world unless they will be able to tackle the reasons he gave.
